FAQ
-
How far in advance should we book?
-
We recommend 2–4 weeks of lead time to secure your preferred date, especially for larger groups. If you’re on a shorter timeline, still reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
What do we need to provide?
-
Almost nothing. We bring the tea, teaware, and any equipment we need. You provide the space (conference room/lounge works well) plus tables and chairs.
-
Can the workshop be customized to our theme or schedule?
-
Yes. We can adjust timing, format, tea selection, and discussion prompts. We can also build culture- or wellness-focused themes depending on your goals.
-
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or caffeine preferences?
-
Absolutely. We offer caffeine-free herbal options and can avoid ingredients when allergies are shared in advance.
-
What if our group is smaller than the minimum?
-
Our packages have minimum pricing to cover base costs. For example, if your group is under 20, the session is still $500 for the Tea Tasting & Wellness Workshop.
-
What if our group is larger than the listed maximum?
-
We can accommodate larger events by adding facilitators and equipment. Share your expected size and we’ll quote accordingly.
-
Do we need to rent a venue, or can you come to our office/campus
-
Most clients host us on-site. If you need venue help, we can recommend options and coordinate logistics. Venue costs are typically a pass-through and will be clearly itemized.
-
Are you insured and certified?
-
Yes. CommuniTEA carries general liability insurance for events and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. Our facilitators are trained professionals.
-
How do we book and pay?
-
Submit a request in the Book tab. We confirm details, then send a quote/invoice. A deposit secures your date. We accept credit card, ACH, and check.
